Clean and cozy decor. The house has 4 suites and 1 reversible living room/suite, a living room with 3 rooms, a toilet and a view of the lake. In the backyard, a swimming pool with solarium, barbecue and freezer for drinks. Semi-detached house with stairs.

• Copies of all guests' documents must be sent at least 24 hours before check-in;
• Check-in must take place between 8am and 6pm. Check-out is until 12 noon;
• The daily rate includes the service of our housekeeper, who makes the beds. She can also cook and tidy the house, but these extra services need to be paid for separately;
• Visitors are not allowed in the house or in the common areas of the condominium;
• There are 2 parking spaces available and 3 reserved;
• Depending on the availability of the property, for a separate fee, we can make check-in and check-out times more flexible.

• The House Guide will be sent after the confirmation of the reservation;
• Up to 02 visitors per apartment are allowed at the same time, provided the documentation is sent at least 24 hours in advance;
• Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment or in the common areas of the building, including the outdoor patio. A fine of R$500.00 will be applied in the event of non-compliance with the rule;
• If any damage is done to the property during the stay, guests will be responsible for paying for repairs;
• A complete linen kit will be provided. No changes or extra cleaning are included. For a fee, extra cleaning can be requested at least 24 hours in advance;
• Photo shoots/recordings are not allowed;
• Pets are not allowed;
• Out of respect for our neighbors, we thank you for keeping the noise level down after 10pm.
