The 44m² unit, on the 3rd floor, has a queen size bed, sofa, bathroom, full kitchen and balcony.

• We allow up to 02 visitors per apartment at the same time, provided the documents are sent at least 24 hours in advance;
• One parking space is available;
• Depending on the availability of the property, for a separate fee, we can make check-in and check-out times more flexible.

You can make use of the swimming pool with water mirror and wooden deck, full gym and communal laundry room without having to book in advance. The building also has a bike rack. There is also a space in the entrance hall that houses a pool table.

*There is an OMO laundry available in the building. You can use it by purchasing credits on the app.
