Welcome to apartment 609 in the Bem Viver Frei Caneca condominium!

A 35 m² apartment on the 6th floor with two bedrooms, one with a queen size bed, the other with one single bed and a sofa bed in the living room. It has a well-equipped kitchen and Wi-Fi.

• You need to send a copy of all guests' IDs, preferably at least 24 hours before check-in. This will allow you to enter the building;

• No parking space available;

• Up to 02 visitors per apartment are allowed at the same time, provided the documentation is sent at least 24 hours in advance;

• Depending on the availability of the property, for a charge, we can make check-in and check-out times more flexible.

The building has a 24-hour reception. Use of the gym must be booked in advance and is limited to a maximum of one hour per day. There is also a communal laundry room which can be used by purchasing tokens.

The Consolação neighborhood offers the best in gastronomy, entertainment and culture. Just a few minutes away, Augusta Park is an invitation to enjoy some free time and appreciate nature.

There are excellent gastronomic options in the area, such as Athenas Restaurante, Sancho Bar y Tapas, Famiglia Mancini Trattoria, Urbe Cafe Bar, Chez Amis Bistrô and Padaria Bella Paulista. Some unmissable suggestions for those who like art, music or any cultural manifestation are the Teatro Cultura Artistica, ICCR Centro Cultural Indiano and Sesc Consolação.

There are taxi ranks, bicycle lanes and rental stations, buses and a subway station nearby to make getting around the city easier.
It is 1.5km from Paulista Avenue and 11.1km from Congonhas Airport.

The Bem Viver Frei Caneca building has a laundry room, gym and playground and is close to Av. Paulista and Av. Nove de Julho, ideal for those who want to stay close to central São Paulo.

• The House Guide will be sent after the confirmation of the reservation;
• Up to 02 visitors per apartment are allowed at the same time, provided the documentation is sent at least 24 hours in advance;
• Smoking is strictly forbidden inside the apartment, as well as on the balcony and in the common areas of the building, including the outdoor patio. A fine of R$500.00 will be applied in the event of non-compliance with the rule;
• If any damage is done to the property during the stay, guests will be responsible for paying for repairs;
• A complete linen kit will be provided. No changes or extra cleaning are included. For a fee, extra cleaning can be requested at least 24 hours in advance;
• Photo shoots/recordings are not allowed;
• Pets are not allowed;
• As in every residential building, there is the possibility of work in neighboring apartments during business hours;
• Out of respect for our neighbors, please keep the noise level down after 10pm.
