There are excellent dining options in the area, such as Cantina Gigio, Le Jazz Brasserie, Rinconcito Peruano, Incêndio Restaurante and Nour. Two unmissable suggestions for those who enjoy art, music or any other cultural event are the Tomie Ohtake Institute and Sesc Pinheiros.

There are taxi ranks, bus stops, bicycle lanes and rental stations and a subway station nearby to make it easier for you to get around the city.

• The House Guide will be sent after the confirmation of the reservation;
• Up to 02 visitors per apartment are allowed at the same time, provided the documentation is sent at least 24 hours in advance;
• Smoking is strictly forbidden inside the apartment, as well as on the balcony and in the common areas of the building, including the outdoor patio. A fine of R$500.00 will be applied in the event of non-compliance with the rule;
• If any damage is done to the property during the stay, guests will be responsible for paying for repairs;
• A complete linen kit will be provided. No changes or extra cleaning are included. For a fee, extra cleaning can be requested at least 24 hours in advance;
• Photo shoots/recordings are not allowed;
• Pets are not allowed;
• As in every residential building, there is the possibility of work in neighboring apartments during business hours;
• Out of respect for our neighbors, we thank you for keeping the noise level down after 10pm.
