A 31m² space, on the 7th floor, comprising a double bed, kitchen, bathroom with invigorating shower, sofa bed and smart swivel TV for the bedroom.

The Saúde neighborhood offers the best in gastronomy, entertainment and culture. The São Paulo Zoo and the Botanical Garden are just a few minutes away, inviting you to enjoy your free time and appreciate nature.

There are excellent gastronomic options in the area, such as Hong Bin Restaurant, Osnir Hamburguer, Cuscuzlícia and Ogawa. Two unmissable suggestions for those who like shopping and entertainment are the Plaza Sul and Santa Cruz shopping centers and the Feira Livre in Rua Carneiro da Cunha.

There are taxi ranks, bus stops and a train station nearby to make it easier for you to get around the city!
It is 750m from the Saúde subway station and approximately 6km from Congonhas Airport.

• The House Guide will be sent after the confirmation of the reservation;
• Up to 02 visitors per apartment are allowed at the same time, provided the documentation is sent at least 24 hours in advance;
• Smoking is strictly forbidden inside the apartment, as well as on the balcony and in the common areas of the building, including the outdoor patio. A fine of R$500.00 will be applied in the event of non-compliance with the rule;
• If any damage is done to the property during the stay, guests will be responsible for paying for repairs;
• A complete linen kit will be provided. No changes or extra cleaning are included. For a fee, extra cleaning can be requested at least 24 hours in advance;
• Photo shoots/recordings are not allowed;
• Pets are not allowed;
• As in every residential building, there is the possibility of work in neighboring apartments during business hours;
• Out of respect for our neighbors, we thank you for keeping the noise level down after 10pm.
