The 20m² space on the 1st floor has a double bed, bathroom and kitchenette with all the utensils you need to prepare your meals.

You can use the swimming pool with LED lighting on the 15th floor and the co-working space, games room, gym and laundry room on the 14th floor without having to book in advance.

Facial recognition of all guests is required to allow automatic access to the concierge and other common areas of the building.

Our customer service is open every day from 9am to 11pm.

Shopping, fashion and leisure are just a few meters away. The Moema neighborhood offers the best in gastronomy, entertainment and culture. There are excellent gastronomic options in the area, such as La Nonna di Lucca, Don Pepe Di Napoli, Issho Restaurante Japonês, Andiamo Ristorante, Doceria Ofner and Sapporo. A suggestion for art lovers is the Museum of Modern Art (MAM). Ibirapuera Park and the Bicycle Park invite you to take advantage of your free time and enjoy nature.

There are taxi ranks, bus stops and a train station nearby to make getting around the city easier!
It is approximately 1km from Ibirapuera Park and 4.5km from Congonhas Airport.

The building is located in the best region of Moema, an upscale neighborhood of the Capital, has elevators, 24-hour doorman, gym and laundry.

• The House Guide will be sent after the confirmation of the reservation;
• Up to 02 visitors per apartment are allowed at the same time, provided the documentation is sent at least 24 hours in advance;
• Smoking is strictly forbidden inside the apartment, as well as on the balcony and in the common areas of the building, including the outdoor patio. A fine of R$500.00 will be applied in the event of non-compliance with the rule;
• If any damage is done to the property during the stay, guests will be responsible for paying for repairs;
• A complete linen kit will be provided. No changes or extra cleaning are included. For a fee, extra cleaning can be requested at least 24 hours in advance
• Photo shoots/recordings are not allowed;
• Pets are not allowed;
• As in every residential building, there is the possibility of work in neighboring apartments during business hours;
• Out of respect for our neighbors, we thank you for keeping the noise level down after 10pm.
