Rustic and cozy decor. The house has 09 bedrooms, a living room, dining room and TV room, leisure area, terrace, swimming pool, doll's house and full kitchen.

• Copies of all guests' documents must be sent at least 24 hours before check-in;
• Check-in must take place between 8am and 6pm. Check-out is until 12 noon;
• Visitors are not allowed in the house or in the communal areas of the condominium;
• There are 08 parking spaces available;
• Depending on the availability of the property, for a separate fee, we can make check-in and check-out times more flexible.

• The House Guide will be sent after the confirmation of the reservation;
• Up to 02 visitors per apartment are allowed at the same time, provided the documentation is sent at least 24 hours in advance;
• Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment or in the common areas of the building, including the outdoor patio. A fine of R$500.00 will be applied in the event of non-compliance with the rule;
• If any damage is done to the property during the stay, guests will be responsible for paying for repairs;
• A complete linen kit will be provided. No changes or extra cleaning are included. For a fee, extra cleaning can be requested at least 24 hours in advance;
• Photo shoots/recordings are not allowed;
• Pets are not allowed;
• Out of respect for our neighbors, we thank you for keeping the noise level down after 10pm.
