There are excellent gastronomic options in the area, such as Modern Mamma Osteria, Nino Cucina e Vino, Jam Japanese Food, Arts & Music, Filó Café and Gelateria Davvero. A suggestion for art lovers is the Espaço Cultural Itaim. The Parque do Povo is an invitation to enjoy some free time and nature.

There are taxi ranks, bus stops, bike lanes, bike rental stations and a subway station nearby to make getting around the city easier. It is 3km from Ibirapuera Park and 6.4km from Congonhas Airport.

The building has a partnership with DryClean USA, which provides Lockers in the laundry room. These are lockers with an autonomous system, where you can leave clothes, shoes, trousseau and any other item, choose the type of service, make the payment and pick it up without leaving the condominium. The company picks up and delivers via app whenever necessary.

• The House Guide will be sent after the confirmation of the reservation;
• Up to 02 visitors per apartment are allowed at the same time, provided the documentation is sent at least 24 hours in advance;
• Smoking is strictly forbidden inside the apartment, as well as on the balcony and in the common areas of the building, including the outdoor patio. A fine of R$500.00 will be applied in the event of non-compliance with the rule;
• If any damage is done to the property during the stay, guests will be responsible for paying for repairs;
• A complete linen kit will be provided. No changes or extra cleaning are included. For a fee, extra cleaning can be requested at least 24 hours in advance;
• Photo shoots/recordings are not allowed;
• Pets are not allowed;
• As in every residential building, there is the possibility of work in neighboring apartments during business hours;
• Out of respect for our neighbors, we thank you for keeping the noise level down after 10pm.
