The Pop Grafite Condominium is equipped with a 24-hour concierge and swimming pool. The ‘skin’ that surrounds the building, made of perforated metal sheets on the balconies, provides privacy without compromising the entry of light or blocking the view.

• The House Guide will be sent after the confirmation of the reservation;
• Up to 02 visitors per apartment are allowed at the same time, provided the documentation is sent at least 24 hours in advance;
• Smoking is strictly forbidden inside the apartment, as well as on the balcony and in the common areas of the building, including the outdoor patio. A fine of R$500.00 will be applied in the event of non-compliance with the rule;
• If any damage is done to the property during the stay, guests will be responsible for paying for repairs;
• A complete linen kit will be provided. No changes or extra cleaning are included. For a fee, extra cleaning can be requested at least 24 hours in advance;
• Photo shoots/recordings are not allowed;
• Pets are not allowed;
• As in every residential building, there is the possibility of work in neighboring apartments during business hours;
• Out of respect for our neighbors, we thank you for keeping the noise level down after 10pm.
